| Delivery Charges |

| Delivery charges are 10% of the total goods cost and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be indicated at checkout. Failed/refused deliveries are typically charged at £47 for larger furniture items and £15 for chairs.

| Delivery Times: – Next Day Delivery Items |
|
Items that are in the Next Day Delivery Ranges will be dispatched for next working day delivery on the basis of the order being placed before 12pm on the day of purchase. Deliveries will be delivered palliated to kerbside between 9am and 5pm. This service is for UK Mainland only (for Ireland, the Highlands and UK islands please call for a quote). For larger furniture items a call will be made on day of despatch to confirm you are available for delivery, without confirmation deliveries will not be attempted. Failed deliveries will be recharged delivery fees. Cancelling a Next Day Delivery order needs to be done before 1pm on the day of purchase otherwise charges will be applied. | Delivery Times: Home Office Furniture Excluding Swift Range and 48hr Delivery Seating |

Delivery time for the majority of our home office furniture products is estimated at 7 – 10 working days (Group 2 Colours – Grey, Pear, Cherry, Rosewood are estimated at 4 – 6 weeks) with the first working day after purchase being day one – this service is available for UK Mainland only (for Ireland, the Highlands and UK islands please call for a quote). Deliveries are made Monday to Friday typically between 9am and 5pm. We cannot allocate an exact time of delivery; however we can arrange for a courtesy call to be made 1 hour prior to arrival (please discuss this option when you receive the delivery confirmation phone call). |

48 hours seating will be delivered within 2 working days if the order is placed before 11am – this service is available for UK Mainland only (for Ireland, the Highlands and UK islands please call for a quote). Deliveries made by carrier are typically made between 9am and 5pm. No phone call prior to delivery will be made. Failed deliveries will be carded and a re–delivery will be attempted. If you have chosen an express item these products will be delivered by a one man delivery company. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address. If you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. Deliveries will be made Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9am and 5pm.
Please understand that the delivery company that offers this service are not insured to enter private premises. Please be aware that if you purchase a product on a 48hr delivery and require assistance with the positioning of the product you must arrange the assistance yourself.

| Additional Delivery Times Information |

| All products are supplied flat packed unless otherwise stated. Each product advertised on HomeOfficeWorld will display its estimated delivery time. Unless ordered on an express delivery, HomeOfficeWorld will never deliver prior to having made contact with the purchaser of the order. Please note that any order confirmed for delivery with the purchaser that is refused on delivery, or where the main contact fails to be at the delivery premises, will be liable for a charge to redeliver on a subsequent day. |

| Manufacturer Lead Times |

| If you order an item that is not in stock and needs ordering from one of our suppliers then there may be an additional manufacturer lead time. These are the estimated delivery lead times into our warehouse given to us by our suppliers. Please also allow up to 3 – 5 working days for delivery from our warehouse to you the customer. Please note that any times we give are only a guide and may vary slightly depending on the time of the year. HomeOfficeWorld Delivery Vehicles
Customers should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long heavy goods vehicle, weighing approximately 16.5 tonnes with a height of 14 3". Therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such a vehicle has legal access to their property and inform us about any weight, height and parking restrictions, as well as any difficult access points and unadopted roads/ paths. This is to help us deliver your order successfully and ensure that we have made arrangements for the appropriate size of delivery vehicle to be used. Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied. In order to prevent damage to our contracted vehicles, unadopted roads, paths and tracks will not be taken by delivery vehicles. Alternative routes must be provided by the customer.
Tracking Your Delivery
Please email homeofficeworld@worldstores.co.uk giving details of your order number and HomeOfficeWorld will be able to inform you of the status of your order and estimated delivery time. Please allow 24hrs to respond.
Available Delivery Days
Available days for delivery are Monday – Friday between the hours of 9.00am – 5.00pm. Some items may be available for a Saturday delivery at an extra surcharge. Please email homeofficeworld@worldstores.co.uk with details of your selected item(s) and a representative of HomeOfficeWorld will be able to inform you whether your item(s) can be dispatched for a Saturday delivery.
Confirming Your Delivery Date
We will never arrange a delivery date without contacting and confirming the date with you first. Once your item(s) is ready for dispatch either we will contact you or our contracted delivery service will contact you in order to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date. This will be done by phone approx 1 – 3 days before your item is despatched. As per the delivery times above express items will not be confirmed before being despatched.
Other Delivery Information
HomeOfficeWorld / contracted deliverers will not remove existing pieces of furniture to help make room for newly delivered products. Likewise old pieces of furniture will not be taken away. The customer must take the responsibility to organize the removal and disposal of unwanted furniture.
HomeOfficeWorld and our contracted deliverers if requested by the customer will assist the customer in taking the order into the premises to the appropriate room at the discretion of the delivery team. HomeOfficeWorld / the contractor will not accept liability for any damage both to the delivered product and to the customers property (including all types of fixtures, fittings and building structure) whilst assisting the customer with a request. The customer must solely take responsibility for this action. Any consequent damage should fall under the customers household insurance.
HomeOfficeWorld / third party contractors will not assemble any orders even if requested to do so. The assembly of orders is the responsibility of the customer. Preparation for delivery: customers are advised when accepting goods to have protective sheets available as the goods been delivered may have transferred through a number of warehouses and delivery vehicles. HomeOfficeWorld will not accept any liability for any damaged caused. |
